@ the NOZZLE

This particular mixed media project involved colorizing photos using Neocolors ii.  It was an interesting experience and I’m quite pleased with the results.  I know, **gasp**, mutilating photos.  LOL.  That’s why we digitize our photos.   I will most likely scrap this photo again for the boy’s book.  And I will “leave it alone”.  LOL.
I do like this.  A lot.
Thanks for stopping by.  Have a moo’valous day!

Everyday is a Celebration!

Don’t settle for celebrating Taco Tuesdays with margaritas every week!
Celebrate every. single. day.

Keep Going!

This quote from Winston Churchill makes me chuckle.  Then I’m like…well duh!  LOL.

I used upteen supplies and got messy!

Heartland Festival AG Village

It was a glorious day to visit the AG Village at the 2010 Heartland Festival!

Remember SUPER SUGAR CRISP Cereal?

Today, it’s named the politically correct “Golden Crisp”.  Ahem…it’s the same cereal.  ðŸ˜‰
I loved it as a kid; my kid loves it.  He wanted to save the box because he likes the box.  I gotta admit, I like the box, too.  LOL.  I figured we might enjoy the box more if I scrapped it.  ðŸ˜‰

Yep!  Love the Sugar Bear, but he’s gotta get behind Sock Monkey.

Love this kid…he has such a beautiful smile.

Sugar Rush Doodled Owl

It’s been a while since I’ve made a card.  I’ve been eyeing this owl die ever since I won a GC from Serendipity Stamps during HYCCT 2013.  It reminds me of a silver necklace I had as a child.  The pendant was an owl in sliver and turquoise with emerald eyes.

I used MOJO Monday Sketch 325 and Studio Calico’s Sugar Rush card kit to complete TLC469 – doodling.  That technique challenge was to trace around a die cut.  It’s amazing the POP that can be added to a project by tracing around the die cut out with a white gel pen!

Bachelor Degree in Scrapping

Just for fun and to get some pages scrapped, I participated in the VSBN1113 – Scrapping Degree Program over on SplitCoastStampers.  I’m going for all three:  Bachelor, Master & Doctorate.  Is anyone surprised?  LOL.

The supplies for the pages pull heavily from Studio Calico kits.  I won’t bore ya with the details of the challenges or the supplies..  **wink**  I’ll just share the eye candy, for a photo rich post!  Enjoy!

This photo is dark.  This is Dale & Phillip in the cab of the Ford.
Dale has been picking corn and it throwing me a kiss.  Phillip is giggling!  LOL
